Breakfast at my new place !
I don’t actually live there yet, but I’m haunting it just a little bit,
to mark my territory.
It still smells like fresh paint and it’s completely empty.
I spent all morning assembling chairs and stools while waiting for my bed to be delivered, and just enjoying the peace and quiet and the light changes in the ktichen.

New York, walking around / little lights in daytime
1. The Ace Hotel had a very dark lobby crowded with people on laptops or having obscure conversations.
I somehow expected it to look different, but I used the photobooth nonetheless.
2. I walked passed Tacombi, a very cool place.
I didn’t eat there, but my shoe broke right after I took this shot, so we have kind of a history,...
I want to be there today
These make me wanna take another vacation already
and this picture of Charlotte Perriand taken around 1930 makes me not wanna go to work right now !!
Sunday plum clafoutis.
Followed by a visit at the Petit Palais (stunning place), a stop at british bookshop W.H Smith (bought two stunning looking books), a Merveilleux eaten in between clouds and sun (stunning meringue), a bo-bun in Belleville (stunning nems), an hour and a half of The Clock in Beaubourg (stunning work).
An overall well filled sunday !

I finally got my New York pictures back, and as predicted, they’re baaaaad. It was just an uninspired trip, which was unexpected, given that I was in… New York !
Oh well, I’ll do better next time.
These two I like, they were both taken while cooling off in the park after a very hot afternoon.
First one in Central Park,
second one in Williamsburg, that day.
