My aunt came for dinner last night and I made her Jamie Oliver’s onion gratin, that I’d be dying to try for ages.
Oh boy, did it not disappoint !!
I wrote down the recipe in my recipe book the second the dishes were down, and I know this will be a classic in my kitchen from now on.
