We haven’t had that blue a sky in weeks !

Yesterday at work I was watching the window-washer wash the window, and I felt like I was in a carwash, and for a very little while I couldn’t see the outside for it was all covered in white soap.
It was awesome.
In the ten seconds when I was cut our from the world, I thought of a cookie recipe I have that would be good with cherries, orange zest and cardamom.

Running around my apartment trying to catch any sign of actual light.
Other than that, it’s cloudy and I’m working, and trying not to think about how desperatly I need to wash my hands ever since I realized the water is off in the building for a little while today.

It rained almost constantly today, the heat is back on, I ate my dinner wrapped in a blanket.
Makes me wanna eat crepes and drink cider by the sea until spring finds its way back.

I just had to make mine today….
They weren’t all successful and I was in a bit of a hurry so I couldn’t let them soak overnight, but I’m pretty happy with how it turned out and I will definitely experiment more next year !
